Lund is easy to reach, by air, bus, train or car. The Öresund Bridge provides a direct link for cars and trains between Sweden and Denmark.

Malmö airport (Sweden)
When arriving to Malmö Airport (Sturup) you can see how to get to and from the airport on the airports homepage, traveller information.
Travellers who wish to go to Copenhagen may take the airport coach (Flygbussarna) to Malmö and take the train from there to Copenhagen.

By train - Lund Central station
From Lund Central station to the IHE you can either walk, take a taxi or the city bus. The walk takes about 15 minutes. Please see the city map to the right under More contact info.

By car
Use the driving and distance calculator and get a travel map to your destination.
ViaMichelin

If you are arriving by car, please contact the IHE and ask for a visitor's parking permit. The permit should be displayed in your car. Visitor's parking is available close to the office.

In the city there are several parking options. Signs at the major roads lead you into multi-storey car parks. The city is divided up into parking zones with different rules and prices (see the parking zone signs).

The Swedish taxi-market
The Swedish taxi-market is free and though most companies have recommended prices for defined routes, drivers have sadly been known to charge foreign visitors unresonable fees. Settle a price with the driver before accepting his/her services. Taxis normally accept all major credit cards.
