Zin is a master student in health economics, graduating in June 2021. He conducted his thesis on economic evaluation of expanding a surgical intervention in a low resource setting. He used to work in monitoring and evaluation of public health programs, particularly for infectious disease control, in Myanmar for more than 8 years. He also has experience in operational research studies.
