Manxhuka Bardh

Bardh is a health economist who specializes in evaluating cancer care systems and policies, with the aim of improving access to high-quality and equitable cancer care. His work spans the entire cancer care pathway, from prevention and early detection to diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, and focuses on translating policy commitments and strategic ambitions into evidence-based tools that support prioritization, implementation, and evaluation. This includes developing policy tools and analyses that combine data, benchmarking, and recommendations to help policymakers and stakeholders monitor progress and identify where further action or investment is needed. Bardh has also analyzed treatment patterns to assess the adoption of new clinical standards, conducted socioeconomic evaluations of expedited patient access to novel cancer medicines, and contributed to broader health economic analyses beyond oncology.
