Scheidler Elsa

After working as a research assistant at IHE, Elsa joined the policy team as a research analyst in October 2026. She has experience in research and data analysis, with a particular focus on cancer policies and precision medicine. She has developed a strong understanding of public administration and the development of healthcare policies through internships in the public sector in France and Sweden. Trained in a multinational context, Elsa speaks 5 languages.

Education: Double master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Health from Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris Cité. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a major in Economics and Sociology from Sciences Po Paris.
