Research Manager

Oskar has extensive experience in health economics research, both as a consultant and within academia. As healthcare evolves toward individualized treatment solutions that better address patients’ specific needs, Oskar has developed a particular interest in precision medicine and precision health. He also possesses substantial expertise in areas such as decision modelling, systematic literature reviews, and the estimation of disease burden and costs. Oskar is a doctoral student at Karolinska Institutet, where his research focuses on the health economic aspects of implementing precision medicine. Since March 2025, he has also served as co-chair of the Health Economics Working Group within Genomic Medicine Sweden (GMS), a national initiative dedicated to the introduction and implementation of broad genomic sequencing that will lead to improved diagnostics, and more personalized treatment.
