Financial Times webinar highlights new IHE report
On June 8th, IHE’s Thomas Hofmarcher participated in a webinar organized by the Financial Times to mark the official launch of IHE Report 2023:2.
The report shows that triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most difficult-to-treat subtype of breast cancer. It accounts for about 10–20% of newly diagnosed breast cancer cases but is responsible for 30–40% of all breast cancer deaths. The disease burden and economic burden to society are high. But the recent launch of innovative therapies might change this in the future.
